Life Science Incubator (LSI) designs, builds and operates certified, fully equipped BSL-2 / PC2 laboratory spaces in Singapore and Brisbane, supporting life-science R&D teams with flexible, ready-to-use infrastructure.
We provide shared laboratory benches, private lab suites, core equipment, and operational support for startups, scale-ups, and corporate R&D teams across biotech, medtech, and related sciences. Across our 3 locations, including 2 in Singapore and our latest at QIMR Berghofer in Brisbane, LSI manages facilities, compliance, and day-to-day lab operations — allowing teams to focus on research rather than running a lab.
