Singapore: German Centre
LSI @ German Centre is our original Singapore location, offering enclosed private lab suites, coworking office access, serviced office options, and access to specialist shared facilities including an operating theatre and maker space.
The site is particularly well suited to companies looking for secure, self-contained lab space with the flexibility of a serviced environment — without the cost, time and complexity of building and managing their own facility.
Best suited for:
-
Life science, medtech, engineering and deep tech teams needing enclosed lab space
-
Companies that want a practical west-side Singapore location
-
Teams requiring occasional access to specialist facilities such as an operating theatre or maker space
-
Businesses that need lab space supported by nearby coworking or serviced office options

Private Lab Suites
Teams benefit from dedicated lab space with access to communal facilities including pantry and shared amenities. LSI manages core operational services including gas supply coordination, biohazard waste handling, utilities, common-area cleaning and general facility management.

Surgical Training & Demonstration Space
Our operating theatre environment gives companies access to a realistic surgical setting for training, demonstrations and filming. It offers the credibility and context of an OT-style space, without the complexity of securing access to a hospital theatre or compromising on authenticity in a generic event venue.

Office facilities
With coworking space directly adjacent to the labs and serviced private offices within the building, the German Centre gives members the option to combine laboratory operations with nearby desk space, meeting rooms and business support facilities.
